[ Leo will be receiving some post!!! It's a package, from Elizabeth. I don't know where a koto gets its mail or how, but he's fucking getting it. When he opens it up, he'll find a little blue ceramic bird, with a note: ]
These supposedly bring good luck to those who have them... Considering recent events, I think we could all use a fair bit of that. Don't break it or lose it, or I fear you might curse yourself with something worse than a few shards in your hands.
[Good afternoon! It's a fresh new week in this changing country. Are you ready to face it? Hopefully so, because starting Monday, 5/18 and lasting until the evening of Friday, 5/22, Leo will be dealing with a pesky little problem...
There's no arguing that when it comes to wondrous koto music, Leo is one of the best sources around! Some jaunty tunes are a great way to lighten people's moods, too - but this week, he may be leaving his audience feeling a little blue instead. He'll struggle with the urge to play a song he can't remember learning, but somehow knows perfectly. Whenever he gives in and plays it, everyone who hears it will feel an overwhelming sense of loss and despair strong enough to bring them to tears, which lasts several minutes after the song ends. On top of that, Leo himself will begin to feel more and more despondent and hopeless the more times he plays the song. Try as he might to rid himself of these effects, it seems like he's stuck with them for the duration of the week.
You're free to play with this effect as you please. Have fun! :)]
[HELLO LEO, where are you on this lovely week of Feelings
Don't ask me how Lan Wangji tracks him down--Izumi, probably, or Elizabeth. EITHER WAY, here he comes to check on one of his castle infiltration... partners. Acquaintances? Whatever. Also, stop flirting with his not!fiancé. (He's not here for that.)
dubiously two days after the mailman incident or some time before it,
These supposedly bring good luck to those who have them... Considering recent events, I think we could all use a fair bit of that. Don't break it or lose it, or I fear you might curse yourself with something worse than a few shards in your hands.
Yours,
Elizabeth Darling
